Pre-completion payments:
A) Reservation: Make a deposit of THB 200,000, which is completely recoverable by deduction from the final payment of the deposit;
B) Signing: The Sales and Purchase Agreement is to be signed within 7 days of the reservation. A 20 percent payment of the unit price is required upon the signing of the agreement;
C) Installments: The balance will be divided into regular installments over the period of 90 days from the date of contract purchase and sales. Balance on transfer remaining (60 percent);
D) Money Transfer: There are three options to transfer money.
